Abstract:

This dataset contains the data used in the study "Evaluation of usability and the impact of the digital platform Menopausando in health education for women in menopausal transition and postmenopause". The aim of the study was to evaluate the usability of the Menopausando digital platform and analyze its impact on knowledge about menopausal symptoms, quality of life, and physical activity among women aged 40 years and older. Data were collected between 2024 and 2025 from women recruited at CSE Paula Souza and ICHC-FMUSP. The dataset includes sociodemographic and clinical information, as well as responses obtained through validated instruments, including the International Physical Activity Questionnaire (IPAQ), the Kupperman-Blatt Menopausal Index (KMI), the Women’s Health Questionnaire (WHQ), and the System Usability Scale (SUS). Information was collected before and after three months of use of the Menopausando digital platform. These data support analyses related to digital health interventions, menopause health education, quality of life, and lifestyle behaviors in women during menopausal transition and postmenopause, contributing to transparency, reproducibility, and future research in women's health and digital health technologies.
