Abstract: |
All the Safety Rest Area data (from 2010 to 2020) were collected through a national survey with State DOTs. All collected data from specific states were presented in individual Tables in “All State” sheet. The individual Safety Rest Area data of Washington state is presented individual sheets for the calculation of average annual operation cost of Safety Rest Areas. The calculation is presented in simple steps using excel function so that it is easy to follow. |
