MOUD-PK-Sim is a pharmacokinetic simulator for Medications for Opioid Use Disorder (MOUD). It models plasma concentrations of Methadone and Buprenorphine across complex induction protocols, allowing clinicians and researchers to visualise and compare drug exposure over time.
