El dataframe reúne discursos parlamentarios de Uruguay en los que se menciona la sequía, con el objetivo de analizar cómo este fenómeno es construido políticamente a lo largo del tiempo. Cada registro corresponde a una intervención parlamentaria y contiene información temporal —fecha, año y período— que permite ubicar el discurso en distintos ciclos políticos y climáticos, así como datos institucionales como la cámara y el partido del orador. |
