The surveyed countries include Burkina Faso, Burundi, Democratic Republic of Congo, Kenya, Madagascar, Nigeria, Rwanda, Sierra Leone, Tanzania, and Uganda. Data were collected from 3,081 rice farming households using the SRP survey tool (RiceGap Finder) and covered all 46 requirements of the Sustainable Rice Platform (SRP) Standard and 12 Performance Indicators (SRP version 2.2). Farmers were randomly selected with the assistance of NARES partners in irrigated lowland, rainfed lowland, and rainfed upland systems. Individual interviews were conducted with the head farmers or the farm manager.</dcterms:description><dcterms:subject>Agricultural Sciences</dcterms:subject><dcterms:subject>Social Sciences</dcterms:subject><dcterms:subject>rice</dcterms:subject><dcterms:subject>africa</dcterms:subject><dcterms:subject>data collection</dcterms:subject><dcterms:subject>sub-sahara</dcterms:subject><dcterms:language>English</dcterms:language><dcterms:date>2020-01-01</dcterms:date><dcterms:contributor>Kouame, Perpetue</dcterms:contributor><dcterms:dateSubmitted>2026-02-12</dcterms:dateSubmitted><dcterms:temporal>2020-01-01</dcterms:temporal><dcterms:temporal>2021-12-31</dcterms:temporal><dcterms:temporal>2020-01-01</dcterms:temporal><dcterms:temporal>2021-12-31</dcterms:temporal><dcterms:type>Excel file</dcterms:type><dcterms:spatial>Burkina Faso</dcterms:spatial><dcterms:spatial>Burundi</dcterms:spatial><dcterms:spatial>Congo, the Democratic Republic of the</dcterms:spatial><dcterms:spatial>Kenya</dcterms:spatial><dcterms:spatial>Madagascar</dcterms:spatial><dcterms:spatial>Nigeria</dcterms:spatial><dcterms:spatial>Rwanda</dcterms:spatial><dcterms:spatial>Sierra Leone</dcterms:spatial><dcterms:spatial>Tanzania, United Republic of</dcterms:spatial><dcterms:spatial>Uganda</dcterms:spatial><dcterms:license>CC0 1.0</dcterms:license></metadata>
