A total of 26 participants were initially enrolled in the study. Four participants discontinued the intervention and did not complete post-intervention and follow-up assessments.
The deposited dataset includes the final analytic sample of 22 participants who completed baseline, post-intervention, and three-month follow-up assessments.
Participants completed standardized measures of PTSD, depression, anxiety, stress, cognitive avoidance, cognitive fusion, resilience, and posttraumatic growth.
The dataset supports repeated-measures analyses examining symptom change across three time points.
All data are fully anonymized.</dcterms:description><dcterms:subject>Medicine, Health and Life Sciences</dcterms:subject><dcterms:date>2026-03-02</dcterms:date><dcterms:contributor>Ahmadi, Sayed Jafar</dcterms:contributor><dcterms:dateSubmitted>2026-02-20</dcterms:dateSubmitted><dcterms:license>CC0 1.0</dcterms:license></metadata>
