The willingness to pay experiments were conducted from October to November 2019. The objective was to evaluate demand for aquaculture certification and to examine the effect of expectations-based reference points on willingness to pay for aquaculture certification. The incentive-compatible experiments were conducted with consumers at the points of purchase of fish.
