The dataset includes sociodemographic and clinical information, as well as responses obtained through validated instruments, including the International Physical Activity Questionnaire (IPAQ), the Kupperman-Blatt Menopausal Index (KMI), the Women’s Health Questionnaire (WHQ), and the System Usability Scale (SUS). Information was collected before and after three months of use of the Menopausando digital platform.
