Dresden [Sheet] 4948 was scanned at 300 dpi and then georeferenced to the four corner latitude, longitude tic marks in the Deutsches Hauptdreiecksnetz (DHDN) 3-degree Gauss-Kruger Zone 5 coordinate system. The RMS error for the georeferenced quadrangle is 4.31275 meters. A world file (.tfwx) and an .aux.xml file were automatically generated and saved in association with the digital TIFF image. See 'Horizontal Accuracy' for the RMS error of this specific TIFF.
