The data were used for highway planning by local, state, and federal agencies. This series contains data from surveys of dwelling units and trips and documentation of road travel conditions in the Baltimore metropolitan area. The study area includes Baltimore city\nand the heavily populated portions of Anne Arundel, Baltimore, and Howard counties, Maryland.\n
