The data are in five record types: Defendant Header Record; Case Header Record; Charge / S\nentencing Record; Continuance Record; and Witness / Victim Record. The Defendant Header Records include the defendant's Metropolitan Police Department (MPD) identification number, name, sex, race, date of birth, social security number, Federal Bureau of Investigation identification number, fingerprint classification, eye color, hair color, height, weight, city and state of birth, and home address. The Case Header Records include the defendant's MPD identification number, court case number, status of charges, status summary data, computed case and crime scores, defendant's name, offense location, offense date and time, arrest location, arrest date and time, court appearance type, stolen property indicators, papering date, prosecutor identifiers, grand jury action dates, reindictment action dates, breakdown action dates, arraignment information, attorney summary, continuance summary, record counts, release status, final disposition summary data, offense evaluation data, injury information, threat information, sex information, theft / damage information, defendant evaluation, special factors evaluation, and arrest record information. The Charge / Sentencing Records include the defendant's MPD identification number, original court case number, charge data, final disposition information, sentence recommended, and sentence imposed. The Continuance Records include the defendant's MPD identification number; original court case number; action date; continuance type, reason, and date; and presiding judge, prosecutor, and def\nense attorney. The Witness / Victim Records include the defendant's MPD identification number; original court case number; witness / victim name, type, address, evaluation codes, sex, age, race, weapon possession, employment, arrest and conviction record, relationship to defendant, and testimony problem indicators.\n
