These records were used for management and congressional reporting requirements. This series consists of a file containing detailed information about employment discrimination compliance reviews conducted by\nthe Office of Federal Contract Compliance Programs (OFCCP). Each record represents a review and the data includes information from the compliance review report sheet such as organization identification numbers, last review date, Standard Industrial Classification code, Metropolitan Statistical Area code, module identifier, review types, review reasons, total employees, female employees, minority employees, requesting agency, OFCCP date received, contractor facility data, parent organization data, status code, violation data, number of complaints resolved and hours expended data. Also included are data from reports of remedies agreed to for identifiable persons such as back pay amount, other payment amount, number of hire, promotion / raise, reinstatement, training accommodation, transfer, and other indicators, recipient code, and back pay recipients. Data are also available from reports of results of non-construction, non-university compliance reviews and reports on the number of days extended.\n
