The agency used this information for management and congressional reporting requirements. This series consists of records containing detailed information about employment discrimination complaints received by the Office of Federal Contract Compliance Programs (OFCCP). Each record represents a complai\nnt case processed by OFCCP and includes: complaint number, investigative authority, disability code, date of complaint, complaint type, complainant's name and full address, complainant's sex, respondent's name and full address, establishment identification numbers, respondent's Standard Industrial Classification code, date complaint received in national office, primary basis of the discrimination complaint, issue which gave rise to the complaint, status description, case processing, case closures, appeals and hearings, violations and deficiencies, cash benefits to individuals, expenditures for non-cash benefits, other remedies, nature of investigation, total office hours expended for complaint, fiscal quarter, and fiscal year.\n
