The agency used the file to retrieve records of an individual's testimony or records in which a person was mentioned or records which an individual authored, signed, or received. This series contains records identifying the name of the witness, date of testimony or interview, forum, exact citation to tra\nnscript or interview, summary or abstract of the witness' statement, any comment by the Watergate Special Prosecution Force (WSPF) concerning the testimony, names of persons mentioned in the testimony, date of event, and place of event.  Each record includes author, date of document, type of document, number of pages, addressee, brief synopsis, names of persons who drafted or approved of the document, names of persons who received copies, and WSPF comments such as whose copy WSPF had acquired.
