Services include military education of individuals from other countries both in the United States and abroad. Information includes the material or services provided, the fiscal year and quarte\nr of the transaction, recipient country, unit price of the material, total cost, method of funding, the unified command providing the material or service, and the unit within the agency responsible for the transaction.
