This series contains two data files. The mine operator address and employment file includes mine identification number, state and country where mine appears, mine type, and the company with responsibility for the mining operation. The mine operator accident and injury file includes mine identification, date of accident, inspection\noffice with jurisdiction over the mining operation, the trade name, and the type of equipment involved in the accident.
