A major objective of CPDF was to relieve participating agencies from periodic survey reports requirements. The CPDF provided the capability fo\nr utilizing the various data elements to produce status and dynamic outputs in a multitude of combinations. Major outputs from CPDF included the following: a) Semiannual Report on Minority Group Employment; b) Annual Report on White-Collar Occupations; c) Annual Report on Geographic Distribution of Employment; d) Annual Report on Salary Distribution of Employment; and e) Annual Report on Blue-Collar Workers. This series contains personnel information on most employees of Federal Civilian agencies in the Executive Branch. The CPDF also includes similar information on employees of some agencies outside of the Executive branch, such as the Administrative Office of the U.S. Courts, the General Accounting Office, Government Printing Office, and the U.S. Tax Court. CPDF coverage has changed over time. Each CPDF record is for an eligible Federal employee and contains agency code and sub element, birth date, duty station, Metropolitan Statistical Area code, occupation code, occupation classification code, pay basis and grade, pay plan, race, salary, service computation date, sex, supervisory status, tenure, type of appointment, work schedule, academic discipline, attenuate status, \"as of\" date, bargaining unit, creditable military service, current appointment authority, education level, life insurance and retirement plan indicators, handicap, health plan, pay rate and status, personnel office identifier, Social Security Number, citizenship code, and payable salary.\n
