This series consists of electronic mail (email) messages with and without attachments that agency personnel transmitted and received within the agency, within the components of the Executive Office of the President, and within other Federal agencies.  The electronic mail messages relate to various aspects of the United States Federal budget, economic poli\ncy and fiscal policy. The messages also cover routine administrative matters, non-substantive budget program activities, and non-record material. The email messages contain the following types of information: sender's name, message creation date and time, subject, text, and recipients' names.  If the email message has at least one attachment, the attachment contains the same types of information as the email message.There are also other types of electronic communications system message such as calendars, pagers, read receipts, phone messages, meeting replies and auto replies in this series.\n</p> \t\t    <p> \t\t\tThis data comprises government records extracted from the Archival Research Catalog (ARC).
