Report Reports 73-9 through 93-6 were conducted by the Roper Organization. Report Reports 93-7 through 94-6 were conducted by Roper Starch Worldwide. Starting in late 1973 and continuing for over two decades, about 2000 interviews were conducted ten times each year. Every survey contained a battery of twelve questions on participation in political and social activities, as well as, information about respondents’ demographic characteristics.
